I’m Yannik Seeber, Bartender of the Year 2026 from Innsbruck. My path into the bar world wasn’t a straight line — it was more of a marathon. I started out as a career changer behind the bar and worked my way forward step by step with curiosity, discipline, and passion. For me, bartending is about more than just drinks — it’s about experiences, precision, and genuine hospitality.
Sharing knowledge means a lot to me. I’m strongly against gatekeeping and believe in passing on talent, passion, and motivation. Behind the bar, there should be space for everyone who puts their heart into it.
